SunTex Roofing And Reconstruction Company
SunTex Roofing and Reconstruction is a concierge roofing company, 100% woman-owned and operated and led by our owner, Leanne Tolbert. Roof repairs and replacements are the core of our work, in asphalt shingle, designer shingle, tile and standing metal. Around the roof we also install gutters, build fences, paint and handle solar, for homes, businesses and multi-family properties anywhere from Dallas-Fort Worth down to Austin.
Your roof assessment and estimate are complimentary, and our concierge service runs from the first call to the final inspection.
Reliability. Relationships. Results.
Why Us?
Every job gets a dedicated project manager, photos of what we find on your roof, and our support through insurance restoration when a storm caused the damage. Homeowners who have written reviews of their SunTex projects mention an honest answer after an inspection, time spent explaining homeowner insurance, and a crew that cleaned up before leaving.
About Us
Concierge service, for us, means a dedicated project manager who stays with your project from the first inspection to the final cleanup. You have one person to call with questions, and our roofers and reconstruction crews work under that same manager from start to finish.
We photograph what we find, explain it in plain terms, and support you through insurance restoration when storm damage is involved. The same approach covers residential, commercial and multi-family roofs, and HOA projects, where we match the community’s specifications and attend HOA meetings.

Complimentary Roof Assessment
We come to your property and inspect the roof with no cost and no obligation, photograph what we find, and talk you through it before you decide anything. That inspection is a single visit. Homeowners who want their roof checked on a schedule can join our Roof Care Program membership, where members get two inspections a year, a written roof health report and priority booking after storms.

We used them for Christmas lights and could not have been happier. The entire process was so simple and our lights looked amazing. Very high quality and didn’t have one light bulb out the entire season. Highly recommend using them for your holiday lighting!

The other day I had James Rose from SunTex do a courtesy inspection of our roof they replaced a little over a year ago. Mr. Rose was professional and knowledgeable when discussing how the drone inspection reveals no flaws or damage to the roof. I would definitely recommend SunTex to anyone look to have roof work done.

Alex Keller with SunTex Roofing exceeded! SunTex gave us a great experience from start to finish. The entire crew protected our new windows, plants, AC units, garden structures and even pool. I HIGHLY recommend this Texas local roofing company.

SunTex provides unmatched customer support and response times. We moved into a new house with the previous owners creating a massive hole upon moving out. SunTex came out immediately and provided a temporary patch to mitigate damage from an incoming storm. Then came back for the official repair a few days later.

Leanne and her team do GREAT work! Fast and clean as they do your roof replacement process. Leanne and her team are very professional. They get the job done. We are very pleased with our new roof, cutters and the restoration of our fence after the Salado Tornado this past April.
